When I flew from London to Auckland last October it cost around £900, now there are flights starting from £400 including taxes. In the last few posts regarding the late King of Pop I was concerned with whether Michael would ever be in a fit state to take to the stage for any of his demanding 50 shows booked at the O2. The hardly unexpected – yet still shocking – news of the demise of Michael Jackson has been discussed in detail since it was announced last Thursday night that he had gone into cardiac arrest.
